We are a consultancy and trading company based in Dubai, representing factories, mills, manufacturers and vendors mainly from Turkey that specialize in hospitality FF&E products such as upholstery and drapery fabrics, casegoods, carpets, artworks, and accessories.
We serve as a bridge between our clients and the various mills/factories and manufacturers making available the most sophisticated products and product information in the field of hospitality.
Our differentiation is built in the diversity of our services. We support our clients with the advisory processes, value engineering, and quality control of the products our manufacturers provide. Unlike other representatives and agents, we introduce manufacturers we represent directly to our clients. All trade transactions are communicated between the manufacturer and the client.

Procurement Strategy: We assist our clients develop procurement strategies for FF&E items, considering factors such as quality, cost, lead times, and supplier reliability. This involves researching and sourcing products, materials, and furnishings that align with the client's vision and budget.
Value Engineering: Peraconcept provides value engineering solutions to optimize FF&E selections and minimize costs while maximizing performance, durability, and aesthetics.
Budgeting and Cost Control: We help in evaluating budgets for FF&E procurement, ensuring that costs are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle. We provide cost estimates, analyze pricing proposals from vendors and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design integrity.
Vendor Management: We liaise with our vendors, manufacturers, and suppliers to procure FF&E items according to project specifications and timelines. If required, we review proposals, and coordinate logistics to streamline the procurement process.
Quality Assurance: We oversee the fabrication, installation, and assembly of FF&E items, conducting site inspections and quality checks to ensure that products meet specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry guidelines.
